  • How effectively does the Candidate complete their assigned tasks and responsibilities?
  • Can you provide examples of specific achievements or areas where the Candidate has excelled?
  • Are there any areas where the Candidate needs further development or improvement?
  • How well has the Candidate adapted to your company’s culture and values?
  • How effectively does the Candidate collaborate and communicate with their team and colleagues?
  • Has the Candidate positively contributed to the team dynamic? If so, how?
  • How quickly has the Candidate learned new systems, processes, or tools?
  • Has the Candidate shown a willingness to learn and grow within the role?
  • What kind of training or support do you believe the Candidate would benefit from going forward?
  • Has the Candidate demonstrated good problem-solving skills? Can you provide an example?
  • Does the Candidate take initiative in their work, or do they require close supervision?
  • Based on their performance so far, do you see potential for the Candidate to take on more responsibilities in the future?
  • Please rate and comment on how satisfied you are with the Candidate’s overall performance?
  • Would you hire this Candidate again for the same role?
  • What areas of improvement or development would you recommend for the Candidate to further excel in their role?
  • Do you see this Candidate as a long-term fit for the company? Why or why not
