Here is a list of sample questions we found that gather insights about the recruitment process, the candidate’s experience, and the overall effectiveness of the hiring strategies used. We intend for this to be a starting point for our customers to use and mold their own question sets based on their requirements

• How easy was it to access information about the position?
• Did you receive all the necessary responses from the recruiter?
• Overall, how satisfied are you with our recruiting and hiring process, and why?
• How clear and accurate were the job descriptions provided by the recruiter?
• Did the recruiter give you a realistic overview of the role and company culture?
• Did the interview process feature relevant questions that allowed you effectively communicate your skills, experience, and career goals.
• How would you rate the recruiter’s communication skills throughout the process?
• Did you receive adequate information about the next steps in the hiring process?
• Were there any aspects of the recruitment process that you found confusing or unclear?
• How well did the recruiter manage and coordinate your interview scheduling?
• Did you feel the recruiter was knowledgeable about the position and the company?
• Would you recommend this company to friends or colleagues seeking employment? Why or why not?
• How satisfied were you with the support provided during the interview preparation?
• In your opinion, how can we improve our hiring process?
• Were there any additional resources or information you would have found helpful?
