  • How did the Candidate follow procedures and adhere to organizational policies?
  • How did the candidate demonstrate problem-solving skills in their role?
  • Can you provide feedback on the candidate’s attention to detail and accuracy in their work?
  • How did the Candidate contribute to team projects or organizational goals?
  • How did the Candidate contribute to improving office efficiency or productivity?
  • How would you describe the Candidate’s ability to work independently and as part of a team?
  • Was the Candidate involved in training or mentoring new staff? If so, how effective were they in this role?
  • How well did the Candidate handle confidential information and sensitive data?
  • Please rate the Candidate’s ability to prioritize and stay on top of their tasks.
  • Please rate the Candidate’s organizational skills.
  • Please rate the Candidate’s computer/technology skills.
  • Please rate the Candidate’s attendance and punctuality.
  • Please rate and comment on the Candidate’s overall work performance.
