  • Please describe a successful marketing campaign the Candidate initiated or played a key role in. What challenges did they overcome in that project?
  • Can you provide an example of how the candidate measured and reported on the success of their marketing campaigns?
  • How proficient was the Candidate in using marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools)?
  • How did the Candidate handle feedback and how effectively did they incorporate it into their work?
  • Can you comment on the level of supervision they required? How well did they work autonomously?
  • Please rate how quickly the Candidate could learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Please rate and comment on the Candidate’s general conduct and behavior.
  • Please rate and comment on their overall performance.
  • Why did the Candidate leave this position?
  • Would you rehire them if given the opportunity and a suitable role
