I want to kick off this announcement by saying a huge thank you to the Vitay team and our clients. Building this business has been the most challenging and rewarding thing I’ve done in my career, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built over the last four years.
While the time was right for me to turn my attention to new business ventures, it was important to me to find a great home for Vitay’s team and customers, and I’m pleased to announce that I found both in new owner SureSwift Capital.
SureSwift runs a growing portfolio of SaaS apps, and plans to keep delivering great service to all of you while continuing to grow the business. I sold the business to them earlier this spring, and have spent the last few months working with them to make sure you’ll have a best-in-class experience, whether you just signed up or you’ve been relying on Vitay for years. The rest of the Vitay team has joined SureSwift, and between them and the new team members SureSwift has hired I’m confident that you’re in great hands.
